Matthew has over twenty years’ experience in commercial legal practice and is the Managing Director of Morton Legal. After 10 years as a commercial lawyer working for others Matthew decided it was time for change and time to shake up the legal services sector – a new direction in legal services.

Matthew has been involved with the full range of corporate transactions and commercial contract negotiations over the years, everything from a shop on a high street to a £25m company sale against the best city lawyers money can buy.
